Fresh, inside Dolphin, has fresh 'pressed' juices at their breakfast.

They provide small glasses on a few blends for the buffet.

Some of the folks behind the counter are more accommodating than others.

For instance, my wife sometimes wants a 'big' glass instead of a few shots - some staff will do this for her, others make her take a tray of a bunch of small glasses back to our table.

Similarly, if you want a custom blend, we have found some of the folks behind the counter to be more accommodating than others.

But 'fresh pressed juices' are on their menu (albeit, no celery):

And FWIW, the qwik serve, Fuel, at the Dolphin (conveniently located near the Park shuttle buses) will sometimes have 'bottles' of the fresh pressed juices too.
