Anyone done this in the past and willing to share thoughts? There doesn't seem to be a schedule of chefs/dates available in advance. Wondering if it is worth changing plans for the day - thoughts?

I've never seen this offered before (not saying it hasn't been offered, but if it has, I didn't see it!). I, too, wonder which chefs will be available when. I did sign up for it, on the one day I'd be able to attend it, 10/23. Surprisingly to me, within a few minutes of learning of it, I went and signed up and found that there were already about 4 dates that were full, and all the other dates were at least half full. So I guess maybe I missed knowing about it earlier. I would like to know who I'll be seeing, though.
