Missed the last 15 minutes of the show---who did Trump kick out?
The full episode is actually up on NBC:

For the Cliff Notes version:
Before it was announced which team won, Maria, the redhead, tried to throw Cyndi under a bus. Cyndi fought back. When Trump asked her who she thought should be fired on her team, unlike the first episode, where she was too soft to make a decision, she strongly said Maria.
Maria is an idiot. She can't figure out Trump will find reasons to purposely keep Cyndi & Sharon around as long as he can?
The men's team lost. Since it's only Brett, Goldberg & Curtiss, they never left the room.
It was decided Curtiss really had nothing to do in the final decision, since they didn't lose because of him.
Goldberg admitted to delegating 90% of the work & decisions to Brett, then recanted as Trump backed him into a corner, and it became clear Trump was gunning for him. (He was that transparent.)
Everyone was in agreement that Brett did a fabulous job, even though the men lost.
Trump never asked who Don Jr & Trace thought should be fired.
In the end, it came down to the fact Goldberg should never have taken on the post of Project Manager when it was so clearly should have been Brett.
Goldberg was fired.
The, Trump expecting the usual, said, "Well, I think WE made a good decision."
Trace: "I don't agree. Brett should have been fired."
(Don Jr. crapped his pants. Well he certainly looked like he did.

)
Trace continuing: "When I spoke to all the music execs, they ALL thought
Brett was the Project Manager."
Trump did some fudging and recalculating and said, "YES, he
should have been Project Manager, from the start. This task was perfect for him."
Trace: "So the bad decision was made
yesterday, when Goldberg decided he was going to be Project Manager."
Trump: "Yes! I'm glad we are all in agreement now."
Crisis averted.

Trace may even be asked back for a future season.
