My vote is for Carol to go. When the line wrapped around the corner, she should have known enough to come in and see what else she could help out with. Cyndy is very scattered, though - she didn't assign anyone a task, and it was kind of a free-for-all, with her interjecting some odd suggestions during he setup process.

Cyndi's got a bigger fan base than Carol. But Carol is smarter & savvier in a lot of ways.
