Celebrity Annual Pass offer

I got an email from Universal Studios today with a Celebrity Annual Pass for 10.00 more then a 1 day admission ticket. When I click on the link it takes me to the site for tickets, but I can't find the ticket. have any of you heard of a Celebrity Annual Pass? What is it? And how do I find it?
