Celebration Vacation National Tour Details?

im not getting this, i only see the dates and cities listed but how do you know where to look for and what time? also what exactly is going to be happening when they stop in on each city on the respective date?

im dying for the Oct 3rd stop in nyc

Starting on September 24, 2008, Disney is launching a "What Will You Celebrate?" tour.Thirty cities will be host to these Disney "party on wheels" which continue through February 20, 2009.
There will be Hewlett Packard Birthday Registration Centers, free Mickey Mouse balloons and you can register to win a "celebration vacation." Disney ambassadors and characters will be featured in on-air celebration moments.

I drove by a local hotel (here in Buffalo) yesterday and saw about 5 vans with a couple of pop-up campers in the lot. I was kind of miffed that, despite surfing many Disney message boards, I didn't know what going on.

Looks like that group was heading up to Toronto.

We got a letter from Jim Lewis a week ago inviting us to take a pin-code DVC survey. One of the questions asked us if we would be willing to attend a promotional DVC event in our city. I'm guessing this is the event they referred to.
