Celebration of Harry Potter - when do they announce dates/packages?

Anxiously awaiting this as we will be booking a package. My 9yo is obsessed with HP and this would thrill her to the bone. Any idea on when they normally announce these dates and open up booking on the packages? I'm trying to get time off/etc in place. I'm assuming still last weekend in January.
