We were up at about 7.30am and had toast before deciding that today would be either Epcot or MK depending on which bus came first! The morning was still cool so trousers were needed. As it happened the Epcot bus came first and we were through the gates by 9am and heading off to Soarin’ for our fastpasses. It was then time to go over to test Track but it was broken :( So we decided to give Mission Space a go and went on the Orange ride which was interesting. It was then time for Soarin so I quickly went and got Fastpasses for Test track which were for after 2pm. Soarin’ was as good as ever and after this we went on Living with the Land.

And the gators!

It is always an interesting ride as the crops vary.

The weather was lovely and it was now nearly 11am so we headed off to World Showcase.

As we got to Mexico the pavilions started to open up.

We did go to the Bakery in Norway but as it was still early we didn’t have anything to eat.

It was amazingly quiet as we walked around past China.

There were a few clouds appearing in the sky!

As we got to the US we saw Chip and Goofy come out to ‘meet and greet’.

The wonderful view across WS lagoon.

Once in Morocco we saw the wonderful display of cabbages!

As we like the boulangerie in France we had lunch there. I had the turkey roll and lemon tart. While Nathan had the ham roll and pan au chocolat.

As we got round to the UK it got busier.

The little cottage in Canada was very cute, I don’t recall seeing this before though!

By now it was nearly 1pm and we headed over to the Living Seas with Nemo and did the ride and had a look around the tanks. Then it was time for Test Track.

As always we had a smooth ride! After this we headed back to SSR.

As the evenings were cold we passed on any of the parks decided food was more important! As we had missed going to Outback Steakhouse last year we headed off to the restaurant by the Premium Outlets. Once there it was quite busy but we were seated within about 30 minutes. To start with we shared two appetisers and chose the Bushman ‘Shrooms and the Kookaburra Wings.

Then the bread came out.

We both then had the 9oz sirloin steaks cooked medium, I had mine with the jacket potato.

While Nathan had the fries.

As ever the steaks were cooked to perfection and tasted so good.

After this it was back to SSR and a good sleep :)

Lovely day Claire. I wish I was there now, feeling bored today.

Excellent photo's to go with a great report looking forward to the next instalment.

Claire, thanks for your report--and a special thanks for illustrating it so well. Had to laugh at the hidden Mickey planted in the crops. Those people never quit!

Great pictures .
I never get bored with living with the land going through the glass houses it's amazing.

I just love living with the land ride- one of my favorites. Why was everyone hanging out in U.K. :rotfl: you had the rest of the park to yourselves. It looks like someone tried to KILL the loaf of bread :lmao:

i love the little cottage in Canada and isn't it amazing what you don't notice at disney. i think that's why its so great- you just can't take it all in and every visit surprises :thumbsup2

great photos. i especially like the chip and goofy photo

Some great pics there that tell the story brilliantly.

And the fact that everyone was in the UK section just goes to prove that people always turn right when they enter the parks :lmao:

Food at the steakhouse looked amazing - must put that on our 'to-do' list for October. How is the price compared to other places if you don't mind me asking??

The price is a little higher but the food is worth it. The 9oz sirloin was $19.95, at the current exchange rate not as good as when we were there in 2007!

Another lovely day. I love walking around World Showcase when it just opens and it's quiet :)

Claire yours are the first photos I have seen of Living with the Land. Love the hidden mickey and how it is created ;)

Sorry had to go and get some kitchen roll to clean up the drool.... tasty looking steaks :goodvibes

Great Report!

We have never been in the land before but we will be going in now in June thanks to your photos Claire!

We have never been in Outback Steakhouse either as we usually eat onsite but this trip we might give it a try too, those Chicken wings look yummy!
