Well since everyone does it I must do one. I am such a follower. LOL.

I am going to do it more picture wise since I am the worse writer in the world. :)

The Cast

I am on the left and my best friend Jessica is on the right.

Me (Kim) 29 and 30 during this trip. Work as an administrative assistant in a nursing home. I so needed a break from the old and crazy people. I live in NJ and have lived here my whole life. Was just at Disney in March 2007 with other friends.

My best friend Jessica (27). Met her my senior year in high school and she was a freshman in 1995. Is a student and lives in NC. I miss her so much.

The above picture is me and my friend Lisa from March. She will play a part in my TR later on. Yes, it was March 17th St. Patty's Day hence why we are wearing the headbands. Lisa is in her late 20's and lives in FL so she comes and visits Disney everytime I am there.

Being the best friend that I am I paid for Jessica's flight down to Orlando and the hotel so I told her don't expect any gifts for Christmas or her birthday which is in April. It was so much easier when we would get on the same plane and be there at the same time. I had to try and get flights that land around the same time.

One little gripe. I had called Disney about Magical Express to let them know that we were coming down on different flights. Well both of us called and when I got the yellow tags about 2 weeks before my trip they had my flight information for both of us. Instead of me freaking about it I just told Jessica she had to drag her luggage onto the magical express cause I wanted to make sure it got to the hotel.

Can I tell you how much I love Newark Airport. (That was said sacastically). I cannot stand my airport. If you say we are leaving at 8:30 am can't we actually leave the gate by then. Seriously people find your seat put your stuff under the seat or in the overhead bin and sit down. It's sad when you look out the window of the plane and see about 15 planes in front of you. I use to be the worse flyer in the world but now I am better (aka I no longer freak when I get in a plane). I flew Continental and got free headphones and a little food so it was a muffin but it was still food. The only bad thing about the whole flight down was the little kid that was in front of me who kept banging back on his seat. I was seriously close to telling him to please stop. Finally 11:30 am rolled around and I got off the plane. Wahoo!!

I had to find Jessica. You can always tell when you are at MCO cause of the mini monorail. After a few phone calls we found each other. Then we head over to the DME counter. I checked in and had to give them Jessica's flight information since they had her on the same flight as me. So I had to run out of line over to her get her information and then run back to the counter. Then we got online and waiting for awhile. Here's some pics of us being bored. LOL.

We finally got on the Magical Express and they played the video. Yes, I was like a little kid. "OMG we are going to disney." <Bounce>

Here's a few DME pictures. We got the cruise ship bus hence the pictures that look like they are a portal. :(

Luckly we were staying at the Pop Century so we were the first ones off the bus.

More coming tomorrow!! Or whenever I crop more pictures. LOL

If I have to beg for comments I will. Just joking.

I had never stayed at the Pop century and this time I decided we wanted too. Hey for $82 a night why wouldn't you.

We checked in and then went to the room. Of course we were in the 50s section of the hotel all the way in the corner. Apparently, they know how annoying loud we can be. LOL.

After we checked into the hotel we went over to downtown disney.

I love the look of the sea dragon. No matter what angle I've photographed him from, he always looks likes he's in shock!

I like the Pop pictures. That's sort of our "home" at WDW. I will say, though, we quite enjoyed our stay at All Star Music on our Christmas trip.

since I was on your flight... lol.. I know what you mean about staying on the tarmac. They actually put that into your flight time now. How crazy is that. 45 minutes you should be well into the air and not watching other places take of... ok.. nuff venting...lol
Your pictures are great. I stayed at Pop in July and only went to and from my room... and hung at the pool.. .so seeing all your pictures makes me wish I spend more time looking at the small details.

I am use to spending time on the runway at Newark. I really would rather see the clouds below me then the other 20 planes. I am heading to CA in March and the worse is sitting on the runway for 45 minutes and realizing you could be 45 minutes into the flight.

On the way back to the hotel we just hopped buses and went to see the lobby of the grand flordian and other hotels.

Then we decided to take the monorail to catch a bus to another hotel. I asked to sit in front of the monorail and I got to do that.

I did not get a chance to see the GF this trip. Thanks for taking great pictures.
I got to sit in the front of the monorail when I went in August/Sept. The only problem is that there was so much condensation on the glass that it was hard to see. the conductor even stopped so we could watch the fireworks. I hope you got your monorail card...

Hi:goodvibes I'm enjoying your TR so far! Great pictures!!! Looks like you had a great time. That was a nice Christmas present to your BFF. Can't wait to hear more!
