Celebrating hubby's birthday while at WDW

I had a thread bookmarked with tons of cool ideas for celebrating birthdays (maybe all different special ocassions) in the world, but can't find it!

I think someone on there mentioned something about Mousekeeping decorating your room up for you while you're out at the parks. Did I misread? If this is true, how do I go about it?

It isn't Mousekeeping that decorates the room I believe it's a package you can purchase through the WDW Florist.
My DH is also having a birthday while we're away. I am treating him to a spa day and a segway tour. Our DS will not be with us on this trip so we can try some 'special' things we couldn't do with him.
