As anyone with a CM friend knows, E.P.C.O.T. stands for "Every Paycheck Comes On Thursday".

So what are you doing this payday?

My paycheck this week goes towards an oil change and getting the power swapped over at the new house (it's still under the Landlord's name). A co-worker wants me to go with him on a quick roadtrip to Jacksonville (just there and back, no over-nighting), so I might save a few bucks for some food on the way.

When are you headed to Jacksonville? That's where we are! We could meet up!:yay:

Pay is every two weeks here, and we just got paid last Friday. Most of my paycheck is actually invested before I even see it, but the rest goes to typical household bills.

Chip's basically the same way, but his idea of investment is just letting his balance in his bank account grow...but some of that will be gone soon if he buys into the DVC when we're down in FL in September.

Paycheck should come next week, but due to the fact that I have only worked 4 hours and have no paid time off to take, because I am saving that for December, well, that is going to be one sad check. For now, I am just being as cheap as possible sitting on the sofa and recouperating.

I might not be, but not sure. Maybe tomorrow after work.

My co-worker is just driving up to pick up furniture, then driving back. He just doesnt want to go alone.

I've had 4-hour paychecks before. Ramen noodles and beanie weenies are great things!

We still eat Ramen noodles! The kids love them. I like them because they're CHEAP! I don't have to have a 4 hr paycheck.

Too bad you're not hanging around up here at all. Our area is kind of neat. We'll just have to meet up with you when we come down Aug 22-24 (without the kids). :)

I thought EPCOP stood for Experimental Polyester Costumes of Tomorrow. :confused3

Once a monthy, that's how I have been paid for the last 20 years or so.

I did get my oil changes last week tho.

Have fun in GA, er JAX!

Yep. Oil change sounds about right. Tons of bills to pay, too. :(

Hoping to squeeze a bit out for a pressie or two. shhhhhh k?
