When people talk about celebrating birthdays in the Parks, does it have to actually *be* the birthday?

We'll be going next March 11-18. My daughter is turning 7 on March 24. I cannot imagine we'll want to come home from a trip and then plan a birthday party. So, we're planning to celebrate while we're down there.

But is it "cheating?" I've heard that Cast Members, etc. will sometimes go out of their way for birthday kids. But, it won't be her birthday. I figure that whatever day we manage to get in at Cinderella's table (if we do) that it would be the best day to celebrate.

And ... if we do go with a T-shirt or something that reads "Celebrating my Birthday!" what should I expect in terms of any hoopla or whatever?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

:sunny: When we took our son (then 5) it wasn't his actual birthday, and the cast didn't question "the date". We just said we're here celebrating his 5th birthday! He was greeted at the DLH with a "autographed" pix of Pooh & the gang. On certain rides the cast will announce her birthday. We have asked this be done in the past. With a t-shirt announcing "Birthday Girl" the cast will acknowledge her.
