Celebrating a birthday

Hi all,
A couple of questions about birthday celebrations at universal and I apologize in advance if they have been answered before. This will be my first time planning a birthday celebration at Universal along with staying on property, in the I past have always just come to Universal for one day. I am surprising my DD who is turning sweet sixteen an is crazy for Harry Potter with a trip this Nov. my questions are can I order her a cake to be delivered like they do at Disney? an are there any other ways to celebrate while at Universal.

Not sure which hotel you are staying at, but this is the amenity options at RPR for celebrations.

We've had many of them over the years and they are all lovely........we arrived to balloons and champagne with fruit this year and all were lovely.

Haven't ever tried the cake as I don't really eat cake, but have heard it's lovely.
