Will are planning a trip to Disneyland the week of my daughters 5th birthday. I was hoping to get suggestions or idea on how other people make their birthdays celebrated at Disneyland special.

We have only been to Disneyland 1 other time and that was this past spring so all things Disney are still new to us. Any tips, suggestions, or idea would be awesome.

Go to City Hall (or really almost any shop or Guest Service location) and get a free Happy Birthday button for her!

We just celebrated my son's 2nd birthday there and did a the Minnie and Friends breakfast at Plaza Inn the day of his birthday. It was a fun thing to do for him and for the rest of my kiddos!

When you pick up the Birthday Button, almost all Cast Members will wish her a Happy Birthday the rest of the day if they see it.

We did my daughters 4th birthday at DL. She is 14 now but STILL talks about that birthday. We had lunch at Blue Bayou and ordered a mini birthday cake to be brought to the table and it came in the cutest little pink princess container. She still has it. Later that night we told her the fireworks were for her party. Her face was priceless. Fare warning, we paid the price for our little fib. For the next 3 years she kept asking where the fireworks were at every one of her birthday parties...... have fun!
