The Celebration Town Tavern is a relaxed place, occasionally with some of the
worst live entertainment I've ever suffered through. We got trapped outside one night when they had a singer who was so bad people actually applauded when he took a break. Fun, tavern atmosphere; the food is okay.
Supposed to be from South Boston, but I don't see how they could have survived in Boston. Hmmm...maybe that's why they're in Celebration!

We eat at
Columbia every trip to Disney, and have never been disappointed. Get the legendary 1905 Salad and anything else on the menu.
In fact, we're going to Maitland (NE of Orlando) for a figure skating competition in April and we're already planning a drive down to Celebration for a dinner at Columbia. Last Sept, we drove about an hour from another competition in Ellenton, FL down to Sarasota to dine at the Columbia there.
One of our favorite restaurants anywhere, and we're from Miami which has a LOT of very fine dining.

Another place not to miss in Celebration is
Kilwins. Go there for desert -- ice cream or chocolate made onsite. Their ice cream is amazing.
Here's a link to a previous post about dining in Celebration with links to many of the restaurant websites:
