Could anyone who has purchased annual passes through CE help.

I've joined and paid the 20 euro fee, signed in had the passes in basket and then had a message come up the transaction has already been done. I didn't enter any payment details, presume it doesn't store the card I entered for the fee? Just don't want to do it again and end up with 6 passes and not 3!

Anyone shed any light?

Thanks

not sure about this i had two transactions one for the €20 fee and one for the passes are you using firefox or google chrome as the site doesnt like internet explorer i would email them just in case :thumbsup2

It doesn't store any card information so you won't have been debited for the AP's.

I'm taking it that you paid the fee and got your codes another day ?

If you don't want to try again now wait until Monday as there won't be anyone in the office to reply to mails etc over the weekend.:)

stargatebarbie, I have the 20euro fee email and another with my log in details they came immediately.

Carrie, I paid the fee about an hour ago and got my log in details straight away. I've just done it and all seems ok, got a confirmation straight away and an email asking how many children's passes I need. So fingers crossed all ok!

Thanks both for help.

Am all excited now, was waiting for kids passport renewals to come, they did this morning so now all booked! Eurostar was booked a while ago as had a free return as broke down last time, hoping not to this time!

You have to join and pay your 20€ fee. Then you get sent a password and you can buy your AP's.

The site is only in French, you can put it through a translator but you will not get everything workng as it should.

Do the following to join and get your password

You are best doing it in French

Really appreciate you taking the time to reply, it all makes much more sense now
But am i missing something here or is it really that good a deal.
Just looked on the official DLP .co.uk website and a 3 day pass for 2 adults and 3 kids was going to be £650 !!!!
Looked on the cemultiavantages site and i can get Fantasy annual passes for the whole family, which will include the free parking, 10% of food, get in 2 hours early etc etc for £380 (only need 4 as one is free as she is only 4) Is this right ???
Do i have to be french, or pretend to be to make use of the deal, ie get it sent to a french address etc?
Can it really be that simple to save that much £££ is there a catch
Thanks

Phil

You can have them sent anywhere in the world once you've paid the postage. I know of people getting them to Malta, Malaysia and now Australia as well as the UK and other mainland Europe countries.

This offer and all the other offers on CEM and Promoparcs are deals that have been negociated with the companies and are traditionally offered to French employees through their "Comité d'enterprise" like a kind of works social group in English I guess

They have started offering them to anyone who pays the annual fee. It's totally legit and many people here on this forum and others have bought and used these AP's in DLP.

Your 4 year old will get a free AP that's right, the only ones you have to pay for are the over 7 years old.

Hth :goodvibes

Hiya Phil :)

You can't /don't add your free child AP in the basket.

Cem will send you an email asking you how many free AP's you need and then will send them with the paid AP's accordingly

If you like you can also send them an email in advance after placing your order asking for one and they will tie the order/request together.

The contact person is Alice and she's on the ball so no worries :thumbsup2

Thanks for this info, it sounds great. Just wondering though, is the Annual pass dated from when you exchange the voucher at the gate? Not the date you purchase the voucher?

It's from when your AP is made out in the AP office at the park and you sign your contact.

You have 6 months to exchange what CEM send you into an AP :)
