CD player for 3 year old

DD is really into music and dancing around the house. She has a piano from when she was a baby that plays 4 (short) songs. And she has the Wiggles guitar that plays a few seconds of a few songs. She LOVES these.

I am thinking about getting her a CD player for her room. Definitely needs to be something kid friendly.

Can anyone recommend one? Or maybe something else that plays music that she would like?

Seems like I saw a Fisher Price or Little Tykes one at TRU last weekend.

Don't make the mistake I did. I got them for my girls for their 4th and 5th birthdays this fall. They love them by the way. I got cheap ones at BJ's thinking they wouldn't take good care of them. What I forgot is that they are so large and heavy, neither one of them can lift them.

I am not sure about "kid-friendly" cd players, but Remy uses her dvd player to play cds. I just bought a cheap 30 dollar dvd player. She has known how to work it since she was two. I just sat her down and showed her how to work it. It took a few weeks, but it was well worth it not to have to change cds and dvds ever couple minutes (she changes her mind on what to watch ALOT).

I made the mistake of buying a kids cassette recorder for my DD when she was little. She hated it, the sound wasn't good at all and she could tell.

Shop around for a regular player but one that has good features. She'll love it.

I know that they make a Disney princess one. It is portable, costs about $40.00 and can be found at Sears, Target, etc.....enjoy!
