CD- Link on two offers not working (??)

Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?
On CD the links for these 2 offers takes me to an error page that ends up saying something like "this offer not available in your country"

These are the two offers I'm talking about:
Real Rhapsody
Real Gamepass

I didn't know what to do this w/ this info (fill out a trouble ticket/email Kira?) so I thought I'd post it here.

OK- just got back from grocery shopping and saw the reply.

Do I still get the feathers even if a bunch of others already reported this?
Several hours have passed since I first came upon the problem, so I figure a lot of others must have already notified Kira.

Nope the first person gets it typically, depends on how generous Kira is feeling!
