CD Cover help Please!!!

Can someone please make me a label for my Disney Photopass CD. I just downloaded my photos to my computer and now I am going to put them on a CD. Now I just need something fun to put on the case so I can tell what it is. I am OK with something generic. It does not have to be personalized or anything. The only thing I would like on it is 2011 somewher so we know what trip it is from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
