CCV and BCV room request question

My wife and I are staying in 1 BR at both copper creek and bcv. We would prefer ground floor rooms. How do we go about asking for this?

If you're an owner, just call member services or chat them if they're available online. I'd probably say, I'd like to request a lower floor, ground floor if possible.

If your'e a renter, you'll have to contact the owner or broker through whom you're renting.

For CCV, the ground floor is not lobby level, the lobby is floor two.

For BCV, be aware that some of the ground floor rooms facing Epcot and the woods border on a service road, and most of the ones on the pool side are quite close to the pool. If noise is an issue, you might not want ground floor.

Agree with bookbabe626 on CCV. Depends on what you want as "ground level." If you want lobby level, that's the second floor. If you prefer something closer to say, pool level, that's the first floor. There are only two 1BR on the first floor but eight 1BR (I think) on the second floor so that may factor in your request as well. Be specific with your request - if you want lobby level, say "lobby level." If you tell them ground floor, they might not know if you want floor 1 or floor 2. BCV does not have this issue - ground level is floor 1.

Thanks. Mainly we don’t want to have to use the elevators. So it sounds like Lanny level at cub is what we should request. For BCV I don’t think noise will bother us so any ground or first floor will be our request. Thanks for your help.
