Click to the Magic hasn't been working for me since Saturday. It seems to always time out. Is it working for anyone? TIA!
 
I'm getting an error message instead of receiving my points. Is that the problem you are having?

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e31'
 
yes, same problem. Glad I'm not the only one. Hope it gets fixed soon! Thanks for the reply.
 
Same thing happened to me ... Actually its been on and off for the last two weeks ... I'll check back later today to see if the problem's been fixed.
 

Bonnie is usually pretty good about getting stuff fixed. I have emailed her. I guesss we will have to wait and see.
 
Not working for me either since Saturday
 
I was just on the site and everything seems to be working ... points are crediting! I guess Bonnie must have fixed the problem :p Yay!
 
Yes, I have to have this fixed everytime we overload. Boy, have we grown!!! Our current host is limited for space and we keep going over the allotted file size. This drives me nuts!!! I have compiled a list of members who have had problems and I will be manually crediting members for lost points over the weekend.

and it's not working for me either. Bonnie had posted previously that she was aware of server problems and was doing some testing of sorts this weekend. Maybe tomorrow.
 
I have asked my current host repeatedly to help bring CttM back online with crediting. I give up with them!!!
I am in contact with a new hosting company that assures me that once with them, this won't be an issue.
I had hoped to have a test site live this weekend, we'll see how tomorrow goes (so much for the Superbowl, who's playing??? It's not the Pats... :) )
For all members who have signed up to help test, I will be contacting everyone with details.

Thanks for all the updates you've been posting Bonnie! Its really great to know what's going on ... :) I'm hoping that everything will work out once you move to the new server.
