Just something I learned at Castaway Cay last week. The boat tour operators come over from another island 8 miles away. On the day we were there the seas had been rough in the AM so they were late and all the 1st tours were cancelled (9:45 AM). I wouldn't book that time again as you run the risk of not getting another time later.

We had the opposite problem the prior 2 cruises....they cancelled all parasailing after 11am since it got to windy out..only the early people got to go parasailing. Its the luck of the draw, early or late, either way you could be out.....

My daughters parasailing boat (11am) got cancelled due to boat problems!
All before and all after her got to go however! So you are never guaranteed of anything!
