CC Teen Adventure

My 17yoa daughter is wanting to do the Teen Adventure on Castaway Cay during our cruise next month. She's a bit prone to motion sickness so I'm worried about the high speed boat ride part. She does use the prescription motion sickness patch and it works fairly well. Anyone else have a teen that tried the excursion? Did they enjoy it?

Our 17 year old daughter and 14 year old son did it in Jan this year. They loved it. The group was small and it took up most of the day.

My 16 yr old son did it and said it was a blast. I had signed him up before the cruise even hoping he would want to do it (he is kind of a shy kid) and he ended up absolutely loving it. It took a good portion of day (9am to 1pm) and I didnt see him till we were all on the ship about 3pm as he continued to hang out with the teens. He wants to do it again but unfortunately our next cruise on DCL is in the Mediterranean so no CC for him before he ages out.

My DS (15 at the time) did it and loved every minute of it. We are cruising again next September and he has already asked to do it again. You know it had to have been a blast because we cruised in Mid-February last time and that water at CC was brutally cold, but he had the time of his life.

My DS did it a few years ago when they still did the kayak, but he did it again last month with the speed boat. He said he was surprised how much fun the speed boat was and that was his favorite part.
