CC membership infos for status match

Hi! I am sailing MSC for the first time and they do other line status matches. I am logged into my DCL Account and have the number. I need the when I joined date? where can I fiind this? Is there a separate CC website to log-into? has anyone matched with MSC? thanks!

Edit: Send Msc a screenshot of my cc status on Friday and Sunday afternoon I got an email confirming that I’m gold!!

You automatically become a CC member on your first cruise, so that should be your start date.

Also does anyone know where i can get more infos about my account besides this? It doesnt event list my full name. just first name and email. It's kinda hard to prove that I am member outside Disney. thanks

They used to, but sadly do not anymore.

ok this is getting so frustrating. does it show anywhere online a member's FULL name, DoB and status? One would think that would be the minimum record of one's online account.

DW took care of everything for matching our CC to MSC when first sailed in 2019 and had no problems with simply sending a picture of our CC Cards.

BTW, welcome to MSC and hope to see you sailing. We have a Meraviglia Yacht Club again in a couple of weeks.

thanks we are on the Virtuosa,, thing is we have no membership cards! When did you get yours? I took a screen shot of my status.. now I am hold with DCL as my mom's DCL account doesn show any status and she is gold. ugh..
our room cards only show silver as wwe got gold after our last sailings. if you mean room key cards

Thanks! that actually shows my last name.. So i am ok, my mom doesnt seem to have anything linked to her DCL.com account... I usually book, so up until now, she didnt have a DCL online life. Ineed to call I think.

DCL has been really hit-or-miss over the years with regards to sending out CC welcome packets or cards. Some folks have received them following a first cruise, others got nothing.

I definitely never got a card when I turned Platinum! I would have framed that! (or put it in my wallet to carry with me at all times! LOL)

I got a welcome kit after each of my first two sailings, so I guess I'm double in the Club! There weren't any membership cards, though. And I never got the gold member kit with the gold magnet.

Unfortunately, my parents didn't get their silver kit after their first two cruises last winter.

So, yeah, hit or miss. It's too bad, really.

Took a screenshot of that. Submitted it on the MSC site. On the form, the issue date is optional so I probably left it blank. They turned it around in less than 24 hours and i got an email from MSC that I am now Gold status. Easy Peasy.

Did you already book your MSC cruise? One of the Gold perks is a discount so I waited til my status match had gone through to take advantage of that.

Yes I already booked it was a last minute thing we’re basically leaving in three weeks. It was a really good deal that’s why we booked it anyways. I just realize that maybe you can confirm but with gold I get a free hour in the spa so that’s what I really want it for.

We're not cruising til next summer but as far as I can tell that seems right. We did the status match for the discount and also because, why not???

AFter the April system update everyone's past cruises before April went away. Don't know if it was a glitch or they decided not to list them anymore. I am hoping it was a glitch that will be fixed eventually since my cruises from April forward are listed.

Same here, I did the status match just beacuse of the free hour spa.

No we’re Bellissima or something like that. In other words the cheapest lowest category lol. It’s only a six night from Hamburg and back. Ocean view. The weather won’t be warm but we figure between all the ports and a huge ship We’ll have enough to explore inside. Plus the boat has an indoor pool area that looks really nice
