CBR & Water & Staples

I remember reading a post a while back which I thought was a good idea. Staples ships for free, so someone suggested shipping a case or 2 of water bottles to their resort.
I like this idea because this is all my family and I drink and I don't want to pay +$2.00 per bottle.
Now I'm ready to do it so here are my questions....

1. What is the address that I should ship to at CBR?
2. I will be arriving on 12/23...when do you think I should go to Staples and have it shipped?
3. Do you think this is a good idea???

I would allow at least 7 days. UPS is busy this time of year so I would allow extra time for your package to get to the resort.
