CBR transportation question

We are considering CBR per the kids request for our next vacation. We usually choose to take taxis to non park ADRs. Would we be able to catch a cab from Old Point Royale or would we have to take the internal bus to the Customs House? Any experiences with this? The bus system seems a little intimidating.

You can catch a cab right outside your resort section. Took one for an ADR at MK, and one for golf. No issues at all. Hit the transportation button on your phone. Had mine arranged the night before.
