Hi all! What is the best way to get from CBS to an 8pm adr at Cali Grille? I'm more concerned about returning to the resort after the late dinner since we can't get to the IG skyliner.
It's our first trip without a car.

@Duck143 I'm in a similar situation, we plan to use Lyft/Uber, or you can take the CRB bus to MK and walk (very short walk) over to CS or reverse it and go back.

We were brainstorming and realized we would probably have to uber/Lyft home. Once Epcot is closed, we cant use monorail/skyliner option.

California Grill is at the Contemporary, next to Magic Kingdom. While you certainly could take the Skyliner to Epcot and walk the .6 miles to the monorail station from International Gateway, then take one monorail to the TTC and transfer to another monorail on the resort line, your best bet is probably to take the bus from Caribbean Beach to Magic Kingdom and walk over to the Contemporary via the dedicated walking path. Park buses run until the park is fully empty, which could be even a couple of hours after advertised closing time, so you'll likely be able to get back via bus from Magic Kingdom to Caribbean Beach without issue.

Thanks Ross. With your advice and those above, this definitely sounds like our best plan. I think they just extended the MK park hours, so getting back on a bus might actually work.

Realize that if you are using Disney transportation Disney tells you to allow 90 minutes for travel time.

Uber/Lyft over.

That may not be as simple as it sounds. You'd have to enter Epcot to do that, which would be doable if everyone is an AP holder but maybe not so easy otherwise.

By far the easiest (and cheapest) option would be to just take the bus from CBR to MK and walk back to the Contemporary.

Which is exactly what I said in my post that you quoted.
