CBR sold out?

I just tried to use one of the codes to book at CBR for June 27,28,29 and 30. They said they were full, so I booked rooms at the CSR. Any ideas? We qare staying at the Hard Rock for the 4 nights prior to this.

It's also full at the end of May into June. I think it's partly due to the POFQ closure, but I also think that perhaps bookings are increasing as I've been noticing resort availability starting to dwindle. This may not be a good sign for AP rates.

It could just be that they had already booked the allocated # of rooms for the code you were trying to use.

It could be that just all the rooms with the discount are gone and not so much that the resort is booked full. Sometimes if you tweak your days a bit, arrive earlier or leave later you can get a room that way

I've been calling CRO asking for CBR for June 10-19. STILL SOLD OUT. I am wondering if there is any conventions or school competition going on or something...

I am currently book at ASSp and POR. CBR seems more like a happy fun resort for kids. I just hope that POR won't be overly crowded due to POFQ being closed.

I agree with the others. The code discounts are usually very limited and fill fast, especially with no AP rates out yet. I'd be amazed of the CBR is booked completely.

If you check CBR availability online without a code there are rooms available. It's the codes that are sold out, but there are rooms available. Hopefully some of those will be allocated for AP holders.

This is kind of a sub question , but are specific rooms (or areas of the resort eg. parking lot view) married to codes or it is just randomly assigned on checkin day?

There are 6 codes (I think ther could be more) for the general public that offer discounts. Each code has its own allotment of rooms, so if one codes rooms are filled up, try another. They are: AEP, AFQ, AEF, AEA, AXA, & AXB (the last 2 are $10 more per night).
