CBR Room Updates and Location

Hello!! I have a King Roll-in Shower booked at CBR later this month. Does anyone know if the room refurb has been completed there and if we can expect the old carpet or the new laminate flooring? Not a huge deal, just would like the laminate if possible.
Also, because the buildings don’t have elevators, does booking an accessible roll-in shower room guarantee us a ground floor room? I don’t want to waste a room request on ground floor if that’s already guaranteed.

I don’t know for sure if all the renovations are completed.
I can tell you for sure that if you book an accessible room with a roll in shower at Caribbean Beach, it will be on ground floor. Since their buildings don’t have elevators, there would be no way to get a wheelchair user who needs a roll in shower to a higher room
