CBR or POR! Help!

I love POR and DH loves CBR...tough decision.

The rooms are the same, the themeing is different and the food is the same, if the food court at POR is open.

I would say go where you can save the money and spend it on other things

Are you buying park tickets with the hopper? If so you could try for the spring package through Disney. If you could get that you would save $200 for your family. Just a thought. The code is on the home page of this site.

If $ is not the most important issue, then I would choose WL. It's a totally different experience than the other two. If $ is the biggest concern, then I would save as much as I could and go with POR. I have stayed at POR (Oak Manor) and CBR (Aruba) - also stayed in CSR and didn't like our location at all. Oak Manor was an easy walk across the bridge to the restaurant. Aruba in CBR was too far in my opinion, and yet not the furthest, and was a bit of a walk to get coffee in the morning! We always have a rental car, but at POR I really enjoyed the boat ride to DD after a day in the parks. It was relaxing, fun and definitely convenient. Since you've familiar with POR, you will have to make the decision as to whether it's worth saving the $ over the deluxe WL.

We have stayed at both resorts and prefer POR. My kids were able to fish at POR and really enjoyed the pool. For us, it would be POR hands down
