Can someone tell me from their past experience which hotel is better and more kid oriented. I know the Poly has the Monorail which is a plus for me but besides that and one being deluxe and the other being a moderate can you tell me which one is best. Also room size is important Thanks

They have a new zero entry pool but the new slide is enclosed and that is scary for a little person. The rooms are bigger and the monorail is reason enough to stay there with a little child. I think the sand on the beach is fun for some children. My children always loved the Poly best. The one drawback is the lack of a food court but we have been satisfied with the fast food place there.

Thanks Disneydenise
My kids are 10 and 14 and not to crazy about waterslides so that won't be an issue thank Goodness:D I love the way the rooms look also. Can you tell me if the Poly has the water mice and bike rentals. I guess I asking can you do the same thing at the Poly for entertainment that you can do at CBR.
Thanks again

We've never stayed at CBR, but we absolutely loved our stay at the Polynesian :D . The resort is beautiful, and very convenient. All of our kids loved it there. The rooms are huge, and include 2 queen beds and a daybed.

The only real drawback was the lack of a food court - there is only Captain Cook's, a small convenience store type place for fast food. On our first night there, DH went over to grab us all a quick supper to eat in the room. He called me on the cell phone to tell me about the selection. I chose nachos...big mistake. He arrived with a bag of tortilla strips and a little pre-packaged cup of nacho cheese (about the size of what you get at Taco Bell). The price *$5.00*. DH refers to Captain Cook's as "Captain Crook's ;) .

I wouldn't let the fast food issue stop me from staying there, though. We would definitely stay there again, and hope to have the opportunity!

Good luck with your decision-
