Hi, I'v just returned from my first trip to WDW and want to go back in December 2006. I'm just off the phone with WDW reservations and they have told me that all of the mod resorts are booked for this time. I'm on a real low now. We stayed off site on this visit and really want to stay at the CBR for our second trip. We wanted 19 nights and this would mean a lot of saving over the next 17 months, but we were willing to do this. We couldn't book anything until December this year as we need to wait to book flights first, but if all the mod resorts are fully booked already there seems to be no hope for us. Has anyone ever that this experance ar does anyone have any advice. Please help.

I would call back. I don't believe all the moderates are booked for Dec 2005 let alone 2006. Maybe they were trying to put all 19 days in at once. Only 10 days can be on one reservation the other 9 days will be on a separate reservation.
I just went to the site and put in a few different combinations of dates each 10 days for Dec. 2006 and everyone is available.

I think you got a CM who didn't know how to handle the reservation correctly. There is no way all the moderates would be booked 18 months out. Don't worry-you'll have plenty to choose from.

If they trully are booked (which seems odd) can you possibly do less time and get a deluxe instead or do part of the time on Disney in a Deluxe and a less expensive off-site for the other time(I've never done offsite but if I was really desperate and that was the only way.......) or go a different time that is not as crazy with crowds??? I realize many people don't have this choice- I am a teacher and am at the mercy of school schedules and none of my own vacation time.
