Is there construction going on at CBR right now? If not, when is it supposed to start? Thanks!!

Yes there is. I have a link to pictures in the first post of the CBR FAQ thread. Link is below.

It doesn't impact anything other than you have to get to Old Port Royale through the pool area if you are coming across the bridge or from Trinidad North or South.
