The rates are looking good...I posted earlier torn between CBR and ASMu for just 2 nights next month. No parks just relaxing and Disney Springs. Anyone recently stay at CBR...is the noise bad by main pool? Food court is limited I read...TIA

We checked out last Friday. Noise could be loud at the pool. It wasn't constant and usually the pool games/music was louder than the construction. But one afternoon (out of our 10 there) we had significant backho work going on to clear debris removed from OPR area. Otherwise, it was a non-issue for us. Yes there were workers around. Yes we saw fences. Otherwise it didn't concern us or delay us or cause us undue stress or problems. Buses got around well. As did all our Lyft rides.

We ate at the food tent one night, food was fine. It was not varied enough for me to eat there more than once but that same statement is said by me for all Resort food. I am never a fan, even with permanent set ups. I prefer park TS options. We are not resort food fans. We loved the pool bar truck (for lack of better name) and used it all the time. We grabbed drinks and sat on the beach to catch fireworks and let DGD play in the sand and enjoy the entertainment around at night. We do our shopping in the parks but there is little merchandise shopping either, something else to consider if you are one to grab things at the resort store too.

Thank you for your input! We would not be doing parks this time, just a stop passing through with a visit to Disney Springs and some pool time.

Receiving a 75 dollar a night gift card because of the construction is worth it to me! We are booked for August. We will probably be in the parks until after construction ends for the night anyway. Saving money and probably avoiding any inconvenience! It was a win-win for us.

Just returned on the June 8th. Wasn't bad at all far as construction noise. And with them during construction a lot folks are staying away so for you that means NO BIG CROWDS. I won't comment on the Food Tent vented before on another post about that LOL.

So we went with CBR and will be there soon for a two night stay. Hoping we didn't make a mistake, but looking forward to utilizing the main pool and visiting Disney Springs.

Has anyone stayed at CBR recently that has anything positive to say? I did not make a room request and when I did my online check in Martinique was available. I did not make that a request, so who knows where we will end up!

We stayed there pre-construction this February and loved everything about the resort. Our building was Trinidad North 3109 (was magically bumped to a preferred room) which is now the island concierge I believe. I don't think we saw one person in or around the building or island while we were there other than the cleaning people. It's was very quiet when we were there. We booked originally to go back next February but recently changed to another resort because we're meeting family when we go (not because of the construction).
