Are the buses just for CBR or do they go to other resorts?Thanks in advance.

No, all Disney resorts have their own bus transportation to the parks and downtown disney.

The CBR buses serve only CBR, but consider the fact that it is one of the largest hotels in the world with something like 2,100 rooms. There are several different stops within CBR, so depending where you get on and off you may have to make a few other stops before you head to a park or reach your stop.
