i have read much info about what buildings people like to stay in, but there is one question i can't find the answer to. what building do i want to stay in if my primary concern is getting first dibs on a bus? or is this even an issue? my fear is that we will be last stop on the bus and it will be full by the time it rolls over to us. is there one building where the bus always goes first or does it vary? thanks.

It depends on which entrance the bus uses into the resort. If it comes in the main entrance, the first stop is Martinique. If it comes in the back way from Victory Way, the first stop is Jamaica.

In the morning we have breakfast at Old Port Royale and usually get on the bus there. I don't remember having problems with full buses at any of the islands. We have stayed in Jamaica, Aruba, Trinidad South and Martinique. It's usually leaving the parks at closing that we have the full buses.

Hope this helps. :flower:

When we stayed at CBR, the entire week the buses always picked up first at Jamaica and dropped off first at Jamaica. This was perfect for us b/c guess which village we were staying in.....Jamaica!!! We always had a seat and it made for less aggravating bus rides. We did notice that when we went (june) the buses were sometimes full halfway around the villages and couldnt pick up guests in the last three stops. This would have been really annoying to me had I been staying in one of the Trinidads or something. :)

A common misconception is that when your bus is full and doesn't make the rest of the stops that those guests are left behind. During the morning Magic On Demand, buses are dispatched to start in multiple different locations. One will start at Jamaica, and another will start at Martinique. That way when a bus fills up at Barbados, the Martinique bus has the rest covered.

we have stayed in the cbr 10 years in a row. for the past 6 at least they always pick-up and drop off at jamaica first. only rarely late at night have i ever seen them start at martinque, but it can happen.jamaica is also a short walk over the bridge to the food court too.
