Have you been to CBR before? Out of the hotels I've stayed at, I haven't loved it. It was much too far spread out for my tastes (we're not against that... we like Coronado). I've heard from a couple of people (such as someone on the events team at Disney) that it's not worth staying there during the construction.

So it depends on how picky you are with the room basically. Have you checked Orbitz, etc to make sure you've found all available options?

I would skip Caribbean Beach right now. Unless a construction themed resort sound appealing.

You said it was a short trip, and All Stars are all open. I would take that without a second thought, rather than the terrible mess of CB.
