catholic school fee

I was just wondering what other people pay for catholic grade school. We pay $2750.00 plus $350.00 in fundraising fees which totals $3100.00. Is that alot or not?

For our school, tuition for one student (Catholic, out of parish) is $4070, book fee is $150, registration is $100, and there is a service hour requirement that can be bought out for $175.

I wish we just had the $350 fundraising fee - I would much rather pay that than do the fundraisers.

The 350.00 fundraising fee is that you can either pay the $350.00 or fundraise that amount (example would be scrip~you pruchase gift certicates to various restraunts and stores and you only get a % of that towards your fundraising fee.)

This year, I pay approx. $3200 for the non-Catholic rate (we are non-Catholics in a Catholic school). I believe the in-parish rate is about $250 less than what I pay (not a big difference). Our fees total up to about $175. This year we were given an option of doing the candy sales, or paying the $60 (which is what the school makes off 1 case of candy). I paid the $60! Hawking that candy is so hard. Next year, we have about a $200 increase in tuition although the fees appeared to remain stable.

$2800 + $100 annual registration fee, + mandatory $800 donation.

Ours is 2000.00, plus 250.00 optional fundraising. Also a book fee, but it will be DS's 1st year next year so not sure what that is.

Mine is 6500 for the first kid and 5500 for eash additional. So my kids are going to public.

Our High Schools are anywhere from 9,000 - 18,000 so my kids will be going to public high school as well.
