Does anyone know if Catholic Mass is offered on the Magic 7 day cruise?
Thx :flower: :flower:

On our May 7th Magic, there was a Interdenominational Service held at 8:30 am, Sunday in the Buena Vista Theatre, Deck 5 Midship. No actual Mass, sorry.

If I recall correctly, the Western Magic docks in Key West on Sunday - so we found a Catholic Church there (of course, don't remember name). On other cruise lines, there has always been a Mass but Disney doesn't seem to offer this except very infrequently - I've been told at Christmas and Easter.

ON one DCL cruise that I took there happened to be a priest on board, so he was kind enough to have a mass in Rockin Bar D. But not usually.

I wondered about that - if there happened to be a priest on board. But how did you find out about it? Wa it in the Navigator?

I was up at the pool and it was announced over the loud speaker. My dad was thanking the priest after mass and he said that he has to say mass daily for himself anyway, so he way as well share!!

We got married last year the weekend before Lent started (silly Protestant me didn't realize you can't schedule Catholic weddings during Lent, so we bumped it back to the last safe weekend in Feb). Anyway, we were on the ship on Ash Wednesday, and they did do an Ash Wednesday service. DW didn't go, because she did some serious sleeping in, but I do remember that it was offered.
