Category 3 Stateroom

Has anyone ever stayed in a Cat 3 stateroom? My family and I are going on a cruise in September and it will be our first time staying in a Cat. 3 room. Can anyone tell me about the concierge service? I've also heard that in the terminal concierge guests get priority boarding and a seperate waiting area, is this true? Thanks for your help.

You get a seperate area to check in. You board first with the folks needing extra time to get on. You then go to a small reception where they sign the kids up for club and you book Palo, Spa stuff.

The Concierge checks on you daily and brings fruit and cookies to your room nightly along with the weather forecast. They brought game cards for the kids one night.

The concierge is wonderful but the room is the really cool thing.

Which cabin?... on the Magic or the WOnder?

Cat 3 (especially 8532) is my favorite cabin!

We just got back and had cat. 3 cabin 8078 (aft) and it was AWESOME!!!! The concierge services were good (different sign in, extra goodies, etc.) but the best part was the cabin itself - HUGE! 2 bathrooms, whirlpool bath, 2 tv's, bed, pull-out couch, pull-down bed, table & chairs, small 'fridge and that WONDERFUL verandah! Big enough for FOUR deck chairs and two small tables. Being on deck 8 is so cool!!! In our location we only had to go out the door and up the stairs and we were at the buffet - very convenient. For us it was well worth the $$$$$.
