We just received our documents for our 12/21 sailing yesterday!

I still can't believe it is real.

Quick question? Do they still have the concierge number that you call to make advance resevations? No letter was included in my package to that effect. I have already booked the excursions through the web, but I thought that Cats 1-3 had some type of number you called.

i think there is a number but i don't know it..
and i can't remember what it is you're able to reserve....maybe it was palos?....or maybe it was you could specify the dining rotation....
why not just call DCL and ask them if there's a special number or anything special for concierge (like palos reservations or dining rotation).....we called in advance and were guaranteed a private table because we were concierge....it wasn't just a request...it was a guarantee....

As far as reservations, etc., you will be invited to a reception the day you board where representatives from the concierge staff, childrens clubs, etc. will meet with you and take your reservations. No scramble to lines, no worries, they will take care of it for you. And, they serve cookies while you are there!
