Trying to decide which category of room to get for a 7 day cruise w/2 children. The children will be a 7 year old girl & a 5 year old boy. Wife & I will be going as well.

Also any thoughts on which cruise is better w/kids Eastern or Western?

Thanks in advance

We always get a category 6 but it is tight. Next trip we will probably move up to the family suite. We had a family of 5 at our table one night and they were in cat. 9 - I don't know how they did it - too crowded for 7 nights IMHO.

We were in a Cat. 10 with 2 8 yr olds and had no problems. Would have extra room had I not overpacked!! Really we were not in the room alot! I think it depends on your family's need and expectations from the room! We knew we would be out participating in all the activities we could and only use the room for sleeping. I must say the two sinks were a MUST!!! Certainly were glad we had not upgraded when we got the room tab for the week!!!
