Working on Shore Excursions for my 'boys' (DH and 2DS) for while Baby DD is enjoying Flounder's and I am relaxing at the spa ( :goodvibes )

Anyone tried 'Catamaran Sail & Reef Snorkeling'? Good? Bad? Ugly? Give it to me straight :smooth:

Also...when do the excursions start? It has a time length, but no beginning or ending time.

Thanks! :wave2:

I did the Catamaran Sail and Snorkel in Nassau. It left in the morning and returned about 1 PM.

The boat has a small cabin below, but most people sit on the deck or in the "net" in the bow. Wear lots of sunscreen. The reef and the fish were interesting and the time was about right for the amount of area they allowed you to snorkel in. :sunny:

We returned under sail with free rum punch, plain punch and potatoe chips. The steps from the boat go into deep water so if your DH or sons are non-swimmers this could be a little scary, even with a lifejacket. How old are your sons?

9 and 11. They are pretty good swimmers...although my oldest is a 'cautious lad' (a.k.a. a worrier...like his mom ;) ) I think they would be okay...

Thanks for the feedback.

Tell DS11 not to worry and have a great time. The staff on the boat was pretty watchful and ready to help. Disposable underwater cameras are fun for this excursion and CC. :earsboy:
