Catamaran Sail and Reef Snorkeling Hours

For anyone who's done the Catamaran Sail and Snorkel Excursion in Nassau, do you remember what the hours were?

I'm leaning towards this one just because it's short and we want to visit the Rainforest Room after (only day we'd be able to fit it in), but if the excursion starts too late then maybe we wouldn't have enough time left before we have to get ready for dinner...
