Catamaran or Cabin Cruiser???

Hello!

I read that the Stingray City tour with either Capt Marvin or Capt Bryan are both great...our decision boils down to what the difference between a Catamaran and a Cabin Cruiser? Which holds more passenger? We want a tour which holds just enough people on board so you can fully enjoy the stingray, not one with too many people cramped all together.

Does both have a videographer on board?

Please help!

Hi Mitcam!

Emailed my questions to Capt Marvin and Capt Byran. Here are their replies:

Accdg to Ruth of Capt Marvin, they have several boats, ranging in length from 30-45 feet, with capacities from 16-45 people very comfortably and they do not over-fill their boats, only
putting about 2/3rds of the US Coast Guard certified capacity on board each one. Their 10-1 trip will always have a videographer on board, and they can arrange for one to be on board another trip if you let them know in advance.

At Capt Bryan's, they usually reserve up to 35 people
during the busiest times, the catamaran would hold 45 people comfortably. Also a videographer can be requested.

I like Ruths answer better. I think the fact that safety was considered important enough to mention in their reply to you - I am leaning in their direction.

I really wanted to do the Catamaran though!

We are leaning towards Capt Bryan's bec of the catamaran
But, we are researching about Native Way also. Hmmmm...difficult choice..all three seems to have good feedbacks.
