Catalog pin ???

I read a report earlier today on another message board that the next set of catalog cover pins would include the Halloween cover pin with pooh wearing a Stitch mask! My question is, do you learned people think that the other two pins (a pooh cover and a princess cover) would make good traders? I'm trying to prepare a rationalization for my wife/accountant as to why I need to buy 3 pins when I only want one of them!

PS I have lurked around here for some time without posting, but in the last month, I've found myself posting more. Does this board excrete the same addictive substance that pins do?

First of all, welcome. Glad you stopped lurking in the shadows, but can understand given your moniker. Don't worry, there are plenty of fellow villian lovers here (eh Dom and Engr-Chas?)

Pooh (and fellow 100 Acre Woods characters) and Princess pins always make for good traders, so do Tinks and Mickeys. Stitch also seems to be making his way into the top 5.

Wait a minute....you need rationalization to buy pins???????

This is not a rational hobby! (Just look at AZJeff or my postings)

Just remember the prime directive.......Have fun.

Thanks for the welcome! The rationalization is for the Chief Finanacial Officer of the house! She knows I'm nuts, so she tries to keep me from spending all of our money! Lest I sound too unappreciative, she talked a WDW CM into trading a Hades pin with me, and has taken an interest herself in pin trading. I just need to upgrade her interest into fanaticism!

Thanks for the insight! And having fun is formost in my collecting. I just received the Team Disney Stitch pin in a trade, and greeted my wife with a chorus of "Stitchy, Stitchy woo woo!"
So talking her into the catalog pin shouldn't be too hard!

As someone who collects one of the princesses (Belle) and many Pooh pins, I'd say the other two pins are definitely good traders. Hey! Wanna Trade?
