Catalina coupons and bloom grocery stores

A friend has some catalina coupons from bloom that she wasn't going to use but I would if I can. Is that possible? Or would I have to go with her since they might be connected to her store loyalty card?

We don't have Bloom's in our region, but I've given Catalina coupons that I didn't need (from Jewel foods) to my friends and they used them.
