In the wintertime, my 2 cats will fight over who gets to lay on the heat vent.

Sasha is a real climber. She will jump to the top of anything, including doors.

Lily is my fat cat who lays upside-down a lot.

They both sleep in another room, on an electric blanket!

We had one of those sticky pad mouse traps under our kitchen sink where the garbage can is. Were all sitting in the livingroom watching tv when we hear a loud noise in the kitchen.Our kitten Ella somehow managed to get in there,get her feet stuck onto the the stcky pad and the sticky pad stuck to the garbage can.Ella was in a panic,trying to run away, with the gargage can attached to her,garbage going everywhere,

Well... we have my dear Belle here. She's a nut.


She's big, she's black, and she's fat. She's 13-14 pounds and has a voracious appetite. While, she does things all day that make us laugh, she is particulary spunky when there is any type of food around.

We had chicken caesar salads for dinner, she liked the smell. Well we didn't hear her for awhile then DF is like what's that noise. We got up and she is in the kitchen, licking the pan used to heat the chicken. As I scolded her she just looked up at me and licked her lips.

And then today, she begged DF to give her some apples. It was driving her nuts until she got a smell of them up close and turned her nose.

She also wakes us up in the morning to feed her by knocking anything she can possibly find off the dresser. And if that doesn't work she stands on you.

I swear, I think you have my cat's long lost twin. This sounds exactly like her. Her name is Cleo and she is almost 16 years old. She used to be fat (about 15 lbs) so we nicknamed her Fatty and she responds to it! She has since gotten older and lost the weight but she is still a big cat.

She is a brat. If she wants something, she will annoy the heck out of you until you give it to her. If she wants out in the morning she will climb on top of you and put her paw in your mouth until you get up. If she wants in, she will use her claw and "ping" the screen until you let her in. Cleo loves food. Chicken is her favorite. If you are having chicken for dinner, you won't have a peaceful meal. She will sit on the window ledge in the kitchen and meow the entire time until you give her some. The second she sets her mind on wanting food, she won't let you forget about her.

My cat Max will climb in your lap and try to eat whatever you are eating. Whether it's cake or ice cream or pasta. The other day he tried some Godiva cheesecake. He is also a lap cat and if he wants in your lap he will stop at nothing.

Snow is my middle cat. He was the runt of the litter. When we got him he was coverd in fleas and had a rash. He was small enough to easily fit in a man's shirt pocket. When he was that small his favorite thing was to come and jump on the top of your shoe as you were walking. You wouldn't know he was there because he weighed next to nothing, so you'd end up flinging him across the room! He enjoyed it! Now he is about 10, and still looks like a kitten. His favorite thing now is to hide out in the bathroom behind the toilet.

Cats truly are strange creatures.

Wow, I promisse, ill keep it semi short.

We are a 4 cat household.
Tabby is our first. She comes when wistled at. Shes also in love with my moms bug masager (its a lady bug and the feet vibrate).
Dana (aka MOOSE, 20 pound cat). Danas got us trained. We carry her around, give her special treats. Shes got arthritis so mom built her steps, she dosent use them. She will also sit in another room, cry and wait to be called to bed.
Bosco- Hes my baby (and he knows it). He plays fetch. I throw a toy, he brings it back and then whines till i toss it again. He also loves be be carried around on his back like a baby.
Bandit- Our latest kitten. She begs (for anything). She must eat what we eat (crakers, soda,meat, bread, crust.....) She sits on her back legs and begs like a puppy. She also has this never ending belief she can get our fish even though she's got no hope.

They all like to lick icy hot, sports cream, vicks (we dont let them). Cute story: My mom was sick. She put vicks all over her forehead and went to bed. Well, about a hour latter i hear screaming. So i run in there to see my panicked mother laying in bed. Dana and tabby are each on one side of her head, boscos sitting in her headboard (a open book type) and they all look up at me, then go back to grooming my mother. It was so funny, they just wanted the vicks!
