Cat people???

I got my kitty a distemper shot the other day and he has been more playful since than he has been in the past year.... I am starting to think that the shot was MORE than just a booster

wonder if they put "funny stuff" in kitty shots?

I've never had that experience with my cat, but we now have a new little kitten and the LAST thing she needs is more energy!

I'll have to be sure to ask for the decaffeinated distemper shots when I bring her to the vet.

Pippin reacts the same way after her distemper shots. I even jokingly asked the vet if the "distemper" meant that it warded off bad moods for the kitties (alas, no, just respiratory issues).

Maybe it had catnip in it also.

I have a big tub of catnip that has holes in it so that they can't get the catnip without working for it. Makes for some good entertainment
