Does anyone know if this will be on the dining plan? We are hoping it will be open in September and that we can use a TS there!!!

There has been no announcement from Disney in this regard. However, because the restaurant will be owned and operated by Disney, the odds are overwhelmingly favoring inclusion in the dining plan. (The only restaurant owned and operated by Disney that is not included in the dining plan is Victoria & Albert's.)

It will be replacing Spoodles. I don't think an official opening date has been announced yet.
